Kelley Turlington

My philosophy for integrative health coaching is based in the H.E.A.R.T. method. This means Hearing your story and Holding space for everything that has come before in your health journey up to the present point. Together, we will Explore underlying contributors to your current state of whole-body health. In partnership, we will discover any missing elements and consider Adding anything that is lacking; quality sleep, stress management, regular movement, and nourishing food choices. We will explore removing any triggers and replacing these with healthier options. Ultimately, we will work to Restore balance to your holistic health. At the end of our time together, you will experience health Transformation, realizing that your health is in your hands and you can feel like yourself again.
