Lifestyle Approaches to Health & Healing

Research has shown that chronic stress can contribute to the development of several chronic diseases, including heart disease, diabetes, and obesity.  It can also increase inflammation in the body and be linked to several chronic conditions like IBS, arthritis, fibromyalgia, and migraines.

Lifestyle medicine coaching helps improve chronic conditions and overall well-being by guiding you through meaningful and sustainable changes that reduce overall stress and inflammation in your body. This allows you to move beyond symptom management and develop habits and practices that energize your overall care.

We will work together to develop a personalized plan.  This includes looking at what is going right in your life, barriers to your healthy lifestyle, and brainstorming ways to get you back on track.

This is a client-centered approach.  We partner together to explore your vision and values, set goals, and make changes!


What To Expect

Our initial session is a 75-minute intake, followed by 45-minute sessions once every two weeks.  You are supported through email and text throughout the process.

Single Sessions or " Micro-sessions" are available if you are interested in a particular concern.

Coaching is recommended for 3-6 months for best results. Packages are available.

Most Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts will cover our coaching sessions with a letter from your physician.
